At Doubtless Bay Pet Resort, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and services for you and your pets. Our return policy adheres to New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and review your order before confirming your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

To process a return for a faulty or damaged item:

  2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
  3. Include details of the issue, and if possible, attach photos showing the fault or damage.

We may request the item to be returned to us for inspection. If the item is deemed faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
